Nu är den färdig och blir, för den som har beställt - inkl butikerna, levererad kommande vecka.
Hos Adlibris kan man via Hälsoklubben både provläsa recept, få mitt smörrecept, läsa intervjuer med Annika och mig samt köpa den till extrapris.
Tiden går så fort. Tyckte att det var alldeles nyss vi gav ut den förra och första kokboken. När jag lagade julmat mitt i högsommaren på Bångbro Herrgård kändes det både konstigt och rasande långt bort till både säsong och nästa boksläpp och nu är vi plötsligt där.
Hoppas innerligt att boken skall bli uppskattad och framförallt att recepten skall komma till pass.
Idag är det många friska normalviktiga som också väljer LCHF. Ett klokt val tycker jag. Varför peta i sig både överflödig och destruktiv energi och sådant man inte ens vet innebörden med? LCHF är ett sunt sätt att se över sina intag. Och ett säkert sätt att bli mätt och hålla sig välmående på mindre volym. Kom ihåg att det är en viss skillnad att vara överviktig och med ev sjukdom mot frisk och normalviktig. Vi som inte behöver socker, behöver inte heller tillsätta det i våra anrättningar. Friska normalviktiga kan (och bör i somliga fall) vara lite mer tillåtande.

TACK för en fantastisk festkokbok. Har idag redan provat två saker och det är rödkålscolesaw med fetaosten och "risalamaltan". T.o.m min gossar på snart 3 år åt av risalamaltan. De fullkomligt älskar den. Nu ser jag fram emot julen och få äta precis allt.
Använder lchf-mat för glatta livet och jag mår mycket bra utan pasta, potatis och allt vad det heter. Har provat någon gång att äta potatis men mår fruktansvärt dåligt efteråt.
Ska pröva brödet vid något tillfälle. Känner ingen längtan ännu efter det. Bäst att vänta.
