Vispa samman en sås på majonäs & creme fraiche. Tunna ur med grädde.
Krydda med valfritt - tex curry, chili och vitlök förutom salt & peppar.

Härligt att lägga soyabönor till det hela tycker jag! På ICA har de numer en serie frysta lite mer annorlunda grönsaker. Där finns bl a soyabönor, fast liggande i sina gröna skidor. T o m ännu godare än de vita tycker jag, men undrar om de är ok rent kolhydratmässigt?
