Kul!

Alltså. LCHF är så mycket mer än att bara gå ner i vikt jättesnabbt. Sjäöv gapade jag av färvångn de första tre månaderna - gick ner nästan 12 kg. Och blev jättesnygg. Nu har jag inte gått ner så mycket mer fast jag nog borde bli av med ca fem kilo till - däremot har jag misnkat i omfång de här tre sista månaderna. Överarmsmåttet, låren och muffinsmagen har gått ihop, trots att jag inte minskat i vikt. åsså detta att jag mååååår sååå braaaA. Det är nästan den största vinste. Min psoriassis för numera en tynande tillvaro, fotsmärtorna har avtagit kraftigt, liksom morgonstelheten och dessutom är magen som ny igen!!



Jag bantar INTE,(ett och annat återfall har det blivit och det blir med ens så tydligt varför jag inte äter jolisar längre... ) jag lever precis som jag vill för att må bra!

Hej! Vilken underbar blogg. En sak som jag funderar på med LCHF är om de blir dyrare att köpa allt fett istället för kolhydraterna? Bra fett är dyrt och mjöl är billigt. Eller har jag fel? Jag har ätit LCHF sen den 5 april och mår hur bra som helst. Har dessutom tappat 22 kilo :-)

Har LCHF kokboken nu och undrar om jag gör rätt om jag äter 1 recept frukost, 1 recept lunch, och 1 recept middag. Jag har svårt att förstå hur stora portioner och mängd fett jag skall äta varje dag. Har stor övervikt på nästan 30 kg. och läser dessa härliga inlägg. Lisa - Själv har jag aldrig haft så billigt matkonto som med LCHF. Kolhydrater är rätt dyrt eftersom det triggar till mer kolhydrater... Fett mättar både kort oh långsiktigt och därmed äter vi mindre volymer och ffa mindre emellan. GRATTIS till Din fina viktnedgång!
