Hur blir det för dom, som dels äter kolhydrater + dina feta anrättningar, går de upp i vikt eller klarar de sig och är basen ändå fett och kolhydratmängden inte så stor ?

Nilla - alla människor är ju inte kolhydratkänsliga på ett "sjukt" vis. Och jag har själv inga problem med att var o en gör sina egna val vid matbordet. Hos mig finns det åtminsone tre personer som galant blandar "min feta mat" med tex bröd, potatis och pasta. En vuxen och två barn. Det tredje barnet äter som jag, därför att han mår bäst så och för att han själv är mån om att bli av med övervikten. Vad jag märker är att det går åt mindre mat överlag. Fett mättar. Även för de som jag brukar kalla för "kolhydratsfolket". Dessutom är det ytterst sällan någon är intresserad av mellanmål i det här hemmet. Aldrig skulle jag vilja påstå. Jag förstod Din fråga, hoppas svaret är till belåtenhet - annars pratar vi om det igen ;-)

Det här var så supergott! Och det allra bästa var ju idén med isbergspastan! Det öppnar ju nya världar tycker jag. Tänk alla goda feta pastasåser som jag liksom slagit ur hågen för att jag inte äter pasta och för att de inte passar med smakrikare grönsaker! Och såsen är ju en toppenbra bas som man säkert kan ha annat i än rökt lax, om man tycker att det är för dyrt, t.ex.
