Jag måste bara fråga en sak.
Med LCHF kost ska man ju enligt Annika gå ner i vikt till sin normalvikt, har du gjort de med hjälp av all den LCHF kost du äter, eller gör du de enbart på grund av de hälsovinster man sägs göra med denna kost?
Vad jag kan tyda av bilden på kokbokens framsida så är du relativt överviktig, absolut inget illa menat, jag försöker bara få fram hur pass nyttig denna kost verkligen är.
Jag tycker i övrigt att din blogg är jättebra och kommer garanterat att köpa eran kokbok så fort den kommer i början av februari.

Lagade din snabba pannkaka i kväll. Min normalviktiga kolhydratätande man är lyrisk. Han vill sno min matlåda till imorgon. (det får han inte)Han sa att det här kan jag ha i matlådan varje dag.Kul!För han är en kolhydrat laddande joggare, som ska omvändas sakta men säkert. Barnen gillar den också. Jag ser fram emot boken så att jag slipper skriva ut eller springa fram och tillbaka mellan kök och dator. Grattis igen! Hälsningar Gunka
Alltså till Johan - rel överviktig är sannerligen ett relativt begrepp. Alla har inte bara 10 kg övervikt - många av oss sliter med 20 - 40 kg och ibland ännu mer och fler extra kilon. Det tar ett tag att äta upp allt!!
Själv har jag tuggat på i två månader - mår som en prinsessa och har till idag ätit upp mer än 8 kilo. Men än är jag definitivt inte att beteckna som smal eller normalviktig. Däremot så går det framåt för varje dag.

Johan - Bra fråga och korrekt iakttagelse. LCHF är nyttigt både för allmänhälsan och vikten. Jag har inte redovisat min utgångsvikt någonstans liksom jag heller inte pratar om de kilon jag har tappat. Men så är det: jag har tappat (och tappar) vikt och ganska mycket dessutom. I kokboken vi släpper berättar jag om mig. Vem jag är, vad jag gör liksom jag berättar om de hälsovinster jag själv har upplevt och hur jag hittade livsstilen.
