Hej, jag är en av dom "nya" besökarna minns inte hur jag hittade hit men har sökt och läst en hel del om LCHF på nätet. Till saken hör att jag själv aldrig varit överviktig men är väldigt intresserad av vad man bör äta för att må så bra som möjligt så jag tror jag ska ge det en chans. För mig som enbart köpt champinjoncreme en gång i tron att det var champinjonstuvning så var det en stor besvikelse.

Hällde i hela den grå klumpen för att göra sås och det blev verkligen jättekonstigt. :-)

Hur använder ni cremen och hur mycket ska man ta ?

Jag tog den gången hela burken och det blev en verkligt otrevlig färg och mycket skarp smak.

Champinjonkräm kan man använda som en slags redande krydda. Koka ur stekpannan/grytan (inkl stekflottet alltså) med grädde och toppa med en aning c-kräm. Det bör varken bli stampigare eller mer missfärgat än man bestämmer sig för ;-)
