Vill bara understryka att den här fisken var underbart god. En riktig bjudrätt till ALLA (med eller utan kolhydratätare)!

Men jag funderar på det där med julmaten, främst sillarna som jag tycker är det godaste. Förstår att den inlagda kan vara lite svår med tanke på sockret i inläggningen, men hur är det med andra sorter i majonnäs och creme frachesåser? De måste väl vara helt OK?! Jag har inte sett något redept som berör det där med sill förutom matjessillen (midsommar) som ju tydligen inte var så bra (socker i inläggningen troligtvis). Vet du Airam eller någon annan hur det ställer sig med sillen? När vi ändå är inne på jul, eftersöker jag LCHF-anpassade "icke tillåtna" recept. Tacksam för hjälp med julmaten!
