Skaldeman säger att man ska äta när man är hungrig och sluta när man är ohungrig.
Det tycker jag är ett bra mått. Att överäta är aldrig bra.
Och att ersätta ett par potatisar med tex en extra kotlett känns åtminstone för mig helgalet.
Det gäller att inte snåla på fett och att känna efter. Något som många av oss överviktiga i
alla år undertryckt. Signalerna reparerar sig och man äter mindre och mindre volym.
Det som anses vara normalportion räcker även till oss.
Så sant, så sant. Har själv märkt att det är väldigt lätt att äta för mycket kött/protein. Är man van att vräka i sig pasta i enorma mängder vill man liksom ha samma volym nu också. Det tar ett tag att vänja hjärnan att nöja sig med mindre.
Men nog tycker jag att jag läst i din blogg tidigare typ: kolhydratsätarna får potatis, själv tar jag en biff till? Varför ska vi få mindre mängd?
Att "vänja hjärnan med mindre"?
Det låter som mina erfarenheter från den plågsamma viktväktarmodellen då magen är full men hjärnan är missnöjd, vilket ofelbart leder till ett misslyckande eftersom hjärnan är, tja dominerar.
Det jag har uppskattat med LCHF är just detta att båe magen och hjärnan är nöjd!
Menar du nu att det inte håller längre, utan att vi ska plåga oss som VV?
