Jag fick din adressen hit av en väninna, eftersom jag desperat jagar min normalvikt och LCHF har jag inte provat.

På ren svenska, du verkar förbaskat trevlig och jag återkommer när jag vill sitta leende framför datorn och hitta smaskiga recept förstås, men, kan man verkligen gå ner i vikt och äta dessa godsaker? Japp, det var gott. Nästa gång ska jag minska lite på vinet i färsen, kanske öka på i såsen i stället. Och att spritsa med engångspåse gick inte, kanske om jag hade skippat munstycket. Körde in den rimmade svålen i strimlor i ugnen samtidigt, men de blev lite väl hårda och svårtuggade.

Ja, man "kan" äta såhär och samtidigt gå ner i vikt. För mig har det varit mer av en bonus, det mest fantastiska med LCHF är allmänt välmående och helt otroligt skärpa och energi. Det vittnar även många andra om. Socker är ett fördärv, som man blir trött, seg och smärtpåverkad av. Prova vettja. Och hör av Dig så jag får veta hur det går.
