Påsklamm med gräddsås och Aioli av långkokt vitlök

Wow, den Aiolen måste ha varit himmelsk med all vitlök. Älskar lamm och om det är extrapris så ska jag definitivt testa. Tack för tipset med vinäger i gräddsåsen, finns inget värre än när den skär sig!

Jag som har stått med förvåningens finger i häpnadens mun när såsen skär sig. Enkelt. Talar vi om en tesked eller en skvätt eller ?

Maja - Nu är det ju liksom rea på påskmaten har jag sett. Håll utkik i frysdisken, där finns säkert alldeles underbara lammstekar till vettigt pris. Jag gav inte mer än 49:90/kg. Det är nästan oförskämt billigt för nåt så gott.

Fredrik Andersson - Jo, alla de där vitlöksklyftorna fick ju gå med i stekpåsen från början. Så först blev de ju rostade och sen efterkokta i buljongen. När allt var färdigt tog jag ur ett anständigt antal och snabbkylde dem i frysen. I botten på matberedaren placerades sen förutom vitlöken även ngn tsk dijonsenap, lite vinäger och ett par äggulor. Sen droppades oljan i under värsta racerfarten. När den hade rätt konsistens tillsattes salt, vitpeppar, kanske någon extra droppe vinäger och slutligen torkad mynta. Det blev min Aioli det ! Lycka till med Din!

oj oj oj. Vad synd att påsken redan är över, men jag jobbade hela och åt en massa ägg och annat. Gillar inte att fira påsk egentligen. (kanske mest för att det är påskgodis precis överallt som lockar) Jag vill laga god mat varje helg, inte bara vid alla högtider.
Här finns många invandrare, så lamm får jag enkelt tag på, både frysen och färsk. Har hittat dem mest "skumma" (på ett bra sätt) produkter. Lammburgare, kalv-entrecote (eller hur det nu stavas) oxblod på burk osv osv. Det tycker jag är bra att affärerna anpassar sig till kundens önskemål, för här finns allt! Men jag har varit feg för lamm, men jag ska genast testa så fort jag får chansen, nu när jag vet hur man ska göra.

Håller på att bygga upp min kryddodling i köket - LCHF-maten har faktiskt fått mig att intressera mig enormt för matlagning. Jag undrar bara var man kan få tag på lagerbladsplantor. Vanliga matbutiker med örter och kryddor verkar inte ha dem.
