På fyra veckor har den Airamska kroppen ökat med 1,9kg. Trodde visserligen det var värre, men det är illa nog. Framförallt för att jag inte mår bra. Av att ha gikt i knäna. Gikt får den som får det, gärna av kopiösa mängder födointag. I mitt fall handlar det mer om frånvaro av föda till förmån för allehanda sockerstinna och kopiösa mängder mellanmål.
Åter in i fållan!
Ägg & bacon står man sig på hur länge som helst.
Dessutom är det ju himla gott...
Ja, nu har jag (sedan jul) satt i mig allt av det "förbjudna" och mår därefter. Så på måndag blir det det som du har på tallriken, bacon (flera paket inköpta idag) och ägg.

Jag blir snart galen. Detta är v5 på LCHF. Jag bara ökar i vikt. De två första veckorna gick jag ner men de sista har jag bara ökat. Idag vägde jag mer än när jag började :-(
Jag frågade Kostdoktorn om han tyckte jag åt bra och det gjorde han. Jag beskrev hur en dag kan se ut. Kan man äta för lite fett? Blir det fel då??? Har hört att man kanske inte ska äta för mycket protein heller... Men det smör jag får i mig är nog lite på ett par ostskivor om dagen, vispgrädde i kaffet, blir kanske 5 koppar. Gräddsås till maten. Vi steker i smör.
