Knaprig kryddkyckling med tzatziki
Om man försteker kycklingen i smör får man en knaprig yta runtom, förutom att man får igång själva tillagningsprocessen lite kvickare. Jag kryddade med
thésilen som tidigare.
Och den här gången fick babyspenat dyka ner i youghurten och trivas med vitlök.
Ingredienser: Färsk kyckling, vitlök, smör, mustiga kryddor, meze, valfritt grönt, grädde
Sätt ugnen på 200grader. Dela kycklingen. Stek den runtom i het smörpanna. Krydda efter smak o tycke. Låt gärna några vitlöksklyftor och färskt kryddgrönt följa med in i ugnen. Stek i 40 min.
Blanda tzatzikin.
Koka ihop buljongen tills ytterst lite kvarstår. Slå på grädde och stormkoka tills den är behagligt tjock.
