Tänkte ge ett par goa tips till dig. nr 1 Lövbiff med pepparotsfyllning supergott och jag gillar inte ens pepparot annars: Lövbiff naturligtvis gul lök pepparotsvisp och senap(salt,peppar). lägg en klick på ena sidan och vik biffen dubbel stek på bägge sidor,när du är klar med alla häll i grädde och du får en go sås till. jättegott tillbehör är ungsstekt paprika. Tips 2 Fläskfile med bananer och jordnötter. Skiva filen och vänd den i curry,salt och peppar som blandats ihop.stek lite bara så du får lite fin yta lägg sedan i ugnsform strö över nötter och skivad banan helst mogen för smakens skull. krydda med mer curry häll på grädde och låt stå i ugnen ca 200 grader i ca 20 min. servera med sallad eller nått annat gott... Hej, som smörlobbyist sen barnsben och kock sen tonåren kan jag även säga att färdigköpt ghee inte är så mycket att hänga i granen, men hemgjort ghee som koks tills det blir härligt nötigt i karaktären (drygt bärnstensfärgat, man ska nästan tro att man bränt det) är fantastiskt gott. En kolaaktig smak fås och det är ljuvligt att göra mjölfri kokoskaka av (riven kokos, ägg, kakao, vanilj och ghee), men även till matlagning. Till råa saker, som "smörgåsar" eller för att blanka av en sås använder jag dock fortfarande smör.
