Bara ett tips, jag har sett röd, grön och gul currypasta i några olika butiker, oftast små invandrarbutiker, i ett litet kuvert. Den innehåller jämförelsevis få ingredienser och inga konstiga tillsatser. Dessutom mnvänder man ju oftast inte så stora mängder av dem, så en så stor burk kan nog ofta hinna bli dålig innan man ens gjort slut på hälften.

Hittade en butik i Malmö som heter Astrid och aporna. Den går i krav och ekologiskt tecken. Även margarin säljs där, visste ej att märket kelju margarin-kan det vara valios? kunde vara ekologiskt framställt???? Hursomhelst, hittade olika jordnötssmör, ekologiskt kravodlat bla från Moder Jord Forshult, företaget ligger i Tollarp. Innehåll är endast jordnötskärnor och havssalt. Där fanns också andra märken ekologiska jordnötssmör (tex kung markatta) utan palmolja.

Gjorde den rödcurriga i husvagnen i helgen.
Mycket gott tyckte både jag och sambon. Sonen knorrade dock en del då det enligt hans tycke blev för stark med currypastan. Men det går ju att ta lite mindre sånt om man inte gillar det starka som jag. :-)
