För 2 månader sedan hittade jag Dr. Dahlqvists sida. Jag har sedan dess inte ätit ett enda mg av potatis, pasta, ris eller bröd. Gått över till smör, vispgrädde o.s.v. På 1½ månad gick jag bara ner 1,5 kilo i vikt. Jag var precis på väg att ge upp, tänkte att detta funkar inte på mig. Då hittade jag dig Airam. Jag är SÅ IMPONERAD av dina recept. Bilderna är helt FANTASTISKA.
FETTSKRÄMD som jag är sedan många år, är jag nu övertygad om att jag ätit alldeles för mycket grönsaker och alldeles för lite fett den här tiden.
Sedan jag inspirerats av dina recept har jag på TRE DAGAR gått ner 0,7 kg. Naturligtvis förstår jag, att det inte kommer att gå lika lätt hela tiden. Men jag är SÅ MOTIVERAD att fortsätta.

Jag strimlar vitkålen med kniv (osthyvel är bra, men det blir så mycket spill för mig). Sen lägger jag vitkålen i ett durkslag med MYCKET salt. Låt stå MINST en halvtimme, gärna längre. Krama ur så mycket vatten det går, jag använder händerna. Skölj ordentligt med kallt vatten och låt rinna av. På så sätt blir den perfekt "slakad" i mitt tycke.

Yes, snart är det lönedag och då blir det både revbensspjäll och stekpåsar. Å va´ härligt det ser ut, kan känna doften ända hit :o)

Säkert är Du mer fettskrämd än Du tror. Det var jag oxå när min LCHF-frälsning fastnade.
Stekpåsar ger verkligen drömlika resultat på maten. Det är så konstigt att det alltid var tvunget att ta minsta möjliga tid att laga mat, en lång period i mitt liv. Ju längre tid och ju mer omsorgsfullt man lagar mat, desto bättre blir ju resultat - alltid. Med stekpåse slipper man ju dessutom både att passa och att slita ihjäl sig med disk efteråt.

Maten smakar så mycket mer nu och det känns olustigt med alla tillsatser. Som Du sett anv jag gärna kryddor och gärna vitlök - då behövs inte så mycket salt. Förr om åren har jag nog varit saltoman. Idag har jag förberett KÅLGOTT, som vi ska äta till middag. Jag saltade kålen ytterligare efter det att jag kramat och sköljt den. Naturligtvis förstår jag, att man kan svetta kålen direkt utan kramning, men jag inbillar mig att det går snabbare att få den lite mjuk.
