Det ska dock innan semesterveckan ar slut, ha atergatt till sitt normala. Sockerfritt - det som jag mar sa himla bra av.
Och som min gamla mor precis haller pa att upptacka.
Hon trappar med mitt stod forsiktigt ut sitt gamla sockerbegar for att stalla in sig pa atminstone LC och litelite HF (hon VET att smor och bregott ar livsfarligt minsann!)
Det gar utmarkt for henne. Socker i kaffet gick ju att byta till latsasvarianten. Socker pa filen byttes till Meze med kanel. Och rostbrodet har bytts till grovsta grovt med massor av Bregott, ost och garna skinka.
Damen ar matt. Nojd. Glad. Och framforallt smartar hennes gamla kropp mycket mindre.
Hon inser att hon faktiskt inte behover kaka potatis, valling, grot, brod, sockerkaka och annat krafs. Hon marker alldeles tydligt efter fyra veckors nedtrappning att hon mar kalasbra.
Halelujha for nedtrappning nar tvarstopp inte ar ett alternativ!
Hoppas kunna fanga hotellkocken nar han grillar sina egna kebabspett over oppen eld, nan dag. Ska forsoka mig pa att kopiera receptet och anratta nat som kan kallas egyptiskt nar jag kommer hem igen.
