En festlig kväll med vin tar liksom inte slut för min del.
Jag går in i den förljugna dimman direkt.
Alkoholen raderar liksom allt förnuft och uppmuntrar
dessutom fantasin att formulera en massa försvar om
hur jag ska fixa "sockerbakruset" bara det blir en ny dag.

Den dagen kommer först när jag som nu: knappt kan
andas längre. Och benen spränger som om de vore fyllda
med cement som ska brinna i några dar.
Så läser jag intresserat tips och recept om alternativ till
normalt kolhydratätande.
Och kommer på det: jag ska inte ha några alternativ.
Min kropp mår inget bra utav smörgås.
Och inte heller min själ.
Så fort jag försöker leva med valda delar från förr spårar jag ur.
Jag kan inte äta en låtsassmörgås. Lika lite som jag kan äta
bara några stycken pommes frites. Eller ta en liten drink för den
här gången. Eller en mazarin bara för att jag ju ändå ska avstå
mitt LCHF-tänk litegrann idag.
Som det var i fredags. För då sitter jag här.
Två dagar senare. Och mår pyton.
Som jag förtjänar.
Mönstret ska brytas NU.
Åter till äggbrunchen.
Och den stadiga middan efter jobb.
Och däremellan får jag vara nöjd.
För det är jag ju.
Egentligen.
Men om du nu ska festa till lite, vad dricker du då? Lite rött vin, eller?
Eller blir du dålig av det me´?
Jag brukar nämligen dricka rött vin. Det enda som händer mig då är att viktminskningen stannar upp.
Om jag dricker så blir det rött vin. Men nu har jag avhandlat det mesta: sprit, öl, vin, läsk - inkl chips & dip, pommes och sötsaker. Och så fortsatte "det" (JAG fortsatte göra valen kolhydrater) med mera sött, mera pommes, knäckebröd och frukt därför att jag fick igång insulin/socker -kurvan i speedfart.
Att jag gått upp några kilon är inte det värsta. Just nu är är det vetskapen att ingenting är värt att må såhär dåligt. Både fysiskt och psykiskt.

Jag är nog mest förbannad att jag lät mig manipuleras av mig själv, igen! Imorrn blir en pärs. Tisdag en dubbelpärs, men på onsdag är jag på banan igen. Då har alla sockerarter passerat och jag får må bra igen.

Och festligheterna sorteras under decenniets bästa APT. Kanske ännu bättre rankat förresten. På ett vis var det därför värt att jag hakade på som alla andra. Det är vad jag gjorde igår och har gjort idag, som är så onödigt.
Imorgon onsdag har jag oxå APT, undrar om jag får lika roligt som dig, knappast! Vi äter en sund lunch (fläskfärsbiffar med vitlökssås), sedan tillbaka till jobbet :(
Jag skulle behöva lite "funkie time" just nu, det liksom spritter i benen, undrar om det beror på vätskan i kroppen - som jag bär på just nu - och som har ovandlats till Ramlösa ;-)
Maja - vår APT pågick från fm till långt in på natten. Först under ordnade och småkorrekta former och sen mer uppsluppet med femkamp där den här damen förtjusade sig i både pilbåge och painballskjutning - till att direkt spårar ur med intensiv pubrunda och till slut dans i timmar utomhus till Clabbes gottiga skivval. Och vi hade som sagt JÄTTEKUL. Verkligen.
