Så sugen på traditionell PyttiPanna fick det ikväll komponeras en variant. Kalasgod och mättande.
Färska champinjoner, vitkål, lök, vitlök, zucchini och en smutt turkisk paprika fick bli basen.
Är man bara tillräckligt envis går det bra att skiva champinjonerna åt alla håll i äggskivaren... 
Alla grönsaker hackades fint och wokades i smör för sig. 
I en annan gryta bryntes finhackade köttrester (kyckling) tillsammans med lika finhackade Chorizo - i smör (såklart). 
Blanda och krydda med soja, salt och mald vitpeppar.
Servera med stekta ägg och något syrligt. Kanske Nobisdressingen från häromdagen...
