Sätt ugnen på full speed.
Ostchips: Riv Parmesan på finaste rivskivan. Placera yttepyttesmå högar på ett bakplåtspapper. Var en vakthund och låt osten bara smälta ner. Svalna på plåten. Förvara torrt.
Skinkchips: Gör detsamma som ovan, men nu med lufttorkad skinka. Inte heller dessa ska inta nån färg, bara torka.
Auberginchips: Kräver lite mer arbetsinsats och, är värt det. Skiva tunnt. Varva skivorna med salt (lite lätt) mellan lagren, i en durkslag. Lägg tex en assiett ovan och ställ på en tyngd. Låt vätska ur 30-60 minuter. Värm olja eller cocosfett het. Fritera auberginskivorna gyllene - obs, varsamhet gäller för sprätt och överhett! Lägg de friterade chipsen i en långpanna med hushållspapper i botten. Låt torka på svag värme i ugnen (100gr) ett par timmar. Sätt tex en träslev mellan ugnsluckan så att fukten kan smita ut. Krydda med tex finmald paprika och varför inte vitlökspulver. Voila!
