Det har varit stor "Lavkarbokonferanse" i Oslo den gångna helgen. Det sympatiska förlaget Lille Måne har släppt en sammanslagning av båda våra kokböcker förutom flera andras. I pauserna fick jag tillfälle att bjuda på små smakprover. Bland annat det jag brukar kalla för mandel- eller LCHF-bröd och här kommer en repris på tidigare publicerat recept. 
För den som har köpt boken, finns brödet i en mandelfri variation på sidan 144.
Grund till LCHF-bröd, 20 st
Ugn 200gr, tillagning 1 tim.
6 ägg delade i vitor och gulor var för sig
1 tsk salt
1 msk Fiberhusk
200 gram naturell Philadelphia eller motsvarande
1 tsk bakpulver
6 msk krossade linfrön
1 rågad mastked malda brödkryddor
3 dl mandelmjöl
Värm upp ugnen. Vispa äggulorna löst tillsammans med Fiberhusk och låt svälla under tiden äggvitorna vispas riktigt hårda och torra (ca fem min) i en annan bunke. Vispa gulorna och fiberhusk tillsammans med osten tills smeten blivit ljust gul och fluffig. Tillsätt salt, brödkryddor och linfrön och vispa helt slätt. Vänd försiktigt ihop de båda rörorna tillsammans med mandelmjöl och bakpulver, men vispa inte, använd istället slickepott och vänd med stora rörelser. Klicka på bakplåtspapper ut 20st bröd som får gräddas i ca 15minuter eller tills de uppnått gyllenbrun färg. Lossa från bakplåtspappret medan bröden ännu är heta. Om det blir några bröd kvar så går de fint att frysa. Förvara dem annars i tätslutande påse i kylen.
