Nästan tre år på LCHF, sen dog min mamma i år och syskonkriget bröt ut och korkad som jag är tröstar jag mig som vanligt med vatemjöl. Inte socker i vanlig ording, inte ris eller potatis, fast jag äääälskar ris.....men vetemjöl är där jag trillar.

Har köpt receptboken som jag funderat på länge då min man äntligen gett med sig att prova LCHF kosten. Skulle dock vilja se fler recept som inte innehåller fläsk. Förstår att det är det optimala feta köttet men min man är muslim och äter inte gris. Jag tycker dock det är jättegott. Vill heller inte äta för mycket kyckling eftersom jag inte gillar djuren och uppfödningen riktigt. Vi har själva KRAV-får och frysen full med lammkött. Av grannen köper vi KRAV-nöt. Nöt är väl smalt eller?
