Lånad Texas Chili med bön & baconsallad och limedressing
Kanal 9. Jag har ganska svårt att följa recept, men i det stora hela är det lagat utifrån vad som står där. Med tanke på att barn skulle äta vid mitt bord, fegades det en aning, men det kommer jag inte göra nästa gång. Först bytte jag ut chilipulvret mot paprikapulver och sedan började jag med att krydda grytan med kanske hälften av kryddblandningen. Men, det går allt åt alltsammans utan att bli för starkt. En halv pressad lime blev inte för mycket. Dessutom tillsattes en liten skvätt Liquid Smoke Hickory Concentrate. Så passade jag på att steka mycket mer bacon än vad receptet föreslår och istället för att blanda ner det knapriga baconet i chilin, blandades en matig sallad - som blev underbar! Till det hela serverades en kall sås med doft av Anchochili och saft av lime.

knaperstekt bacon
blandad sallad

Achochilipulver om man vill
Skölj bönorna ordentligt och låt rinna av. Blanda allt utom baconet och glöm inte salt.
Tillsätt det knapriga baconet strax innan servering.
Ingredienser limedressing
En del creme fraiche
½ del majonäs
½ pressad lime
½ tsk Anchochilipulver
salt
ev rivet skal av lime
Blandas hastigt. Smaka av och kyl tills det är dags att servera.

Ibland saknar jag de sk tillbehören.
kotten christel - Sojabönor innehåller sparsamt med kolhydrater. Man behöver ju dessutom inte äta så många ;-) Jag försöker ju undvika tex Finncrisp o annat "onödigt" - alltså kan jag unna mig sojabönor nångång.
Låter väldigt gott, men bönor är inget för mej, åt det häromveckan och det funkade inte alls , blev genast jättehungrig..... Men man kan ju utesluta dom :)
