Låter väldigt gott, fast jag skulle nog använda bitar av en stek av högrev, oxbog eller liknande som legat i en gryta i ugnen över natten på 75°. Betydligt mer smakrikt och näringsrikt kött. Vätskan blir dessutom bra fond till såsen.
Samtidigt blir det ett betydligt billigare kött så man får råd med gräsbeteskött utan att rätten blir dyrare.

gisele - Hej och välkommen! Det är är vad jag brukar kalla min inspirationsblogg. Mycket sällan publicerar jag mått och mängd. Vad gäller portioner ska inte heller vi LCHF:are överäta. Normalportioner som med tiden blir mindre, helt enkelt därför att fett mättar både kort och långsiktigt. Förutom att ju frånvaron av insulin inte triggar till mer sug. Men, jag "brukar" säga till noviserna att käka så att mättnad känns och sen börja träna sig att känna att den "faktiskt" kommer innan man måste knäppa upp byxorna ;-)

Nu har jag fixat ihop det här som lördagskvällsmat. Det ser väldigt gott ut och vi längtar alla att få smaka på detta goda. Tack för alla dina bra recept med bra och härliga bilder!

Hej! Det här blev kanon ikväll, alla gillade det. Utom då min sambo som kör enligt viktväktarna, hon åt på sitt sätt. Alla var vi mätta efter en portion, men tog en till för att det var så förbannat gott. Till det hade vi auberginen med salsan. Helt perfekt! Istället för filén körde jag med benfri kotlett. Dragon vet jag inte om jag hade i, plockade något har i trädgårdslandet, sen var det bra. Tack för inspirationen.
