Vädret är ju för årstiden så kallt att det skulle passa att baka wienerbröd, inte sant.
Men vi äter ju inga wienerbröd...
Om man vill imponera på sin omgivning, kan man alltid göra egna 150:gramare istället. Kylan passar bra för färs oxå.
Jag har visat den enklaste sättet att göra biffar av nötfärs förr, men är man beredd att lägga ner en aning mer engagemang är kavel och stans ett alternativ. De blir väldigt proffsiga och fina. Och det är hyggligt enkelt.
Grillade champinjoner är ett riktigt gott tilltugg.
Ingredienser: Nötfärs, olja, majonäs, creme fraiche, vitlök, färska champinjoner, sallad och annat lämpligt tilltugg,
salt & peppar.
Ju mer finmalen färsen är, ju lättare att kavla. Och att den är kall är ett krav.
Olja underlaget (bänken eller brädan). Droppa även lite olja på ovansidan och tryck ut färsen med handflatan åt alla håll. Kavla till lagom tjocklek, ca 1-1½ cm. Stansa ut med lämpligt mått - jag tog en upponervänd plastburk. Stek hastigt i het smörad panna. Salta & peppra.
Rör under tiden ihop majonäs och creme fraiche. Smaksätt med något gott - jag tog "konstigt nog" vitlök ;-)
Grilla stora tvättade, men torra champinjoner i det heta efterfettet. Krydda med flingsalt.
