Souvlaki med tzatziki och oliver
Får man en minut över är det ganska snart gjort att göra grillspett. Av feta bitar fläskkött och goa kryddor som de får marineras i, blir de grekiska - dvs Souvlaki. Tzatziki, oliver och fetaost (om man har det hemma) gör måltiden komplett.
Ingredienser: Fläskkött i tärningar, vitlök, citronsaft, olivolja, rosmarin, lök, smör, turkyoghurt, CF, gurka,
salt & peppar.
Pressa över köttet rikligt med citronsaft, pressad vitlök och färsk eller torkad smulad rosmarin. Salta försiktigt. Låt marinera ett par timmar i kyl eller en timma i rumstemperatur. Fukta träspett under tiden. Trä upp kött och varva gärna med några bitar lök. Grilla eller stek i panna. Låt eftersteka i ugn 225gr i 20-30minuter.
Rör under tiden ihop en Tzatziki.
Servera gärna med grekiska tillbehör och låt ev kolhydratsfolket få ris till.
