Jägarbiff
Ingredienser: Nötfärs, champinjoner, lök, vitlök, färsk persilja, grädde, CF, smör, salt & peppar.
Beta ner svamp och lök. Fräs i smör till all vätska kokat in. Slå över grädde och klicka ner CF. Koka ihop till inbjudande struktur. Forma under tiden färsen till stekvänliga biffar som får stekas i smör några minuter på var sida. Krydda med salt och peppar under tiden. Slå stekfettet i såsen och blanda samman. Avsluta med att röra ner färsk hackad (inkl stjälkarna) persilja.
Bjud eventuellt blomkålsmos till. Eller ät som det är.

En "dålig" var när min mammas väninna lät katten provsmaka stuvningen som blev ur svampkorgen de stretat ihop en hel em. Katten kräktes. Och gräddstuvningen kastades. Vad de åt istället förtäljer inte historien. Men katten födde alldeles strax efter en hel hoper ungar... Man får passa sig när man steker svamp som folk och fä suktar
