Jag letar efter en skopa av den typ som används till tapetklistret på gatukök och även till glass, med sn kniv i som får innehållet att släppa.
Tyvärr har jag bara hittat dem i för stora storlekar, jag vill ha en som är lagom till köttbullar och en som är lagom till chokladtryfflar.
I USA säljs de i alla möjlige storlekar men i Sverige har jag bara hittat en enda storlek.
En sådan i rätt storlek borde vara bra till mycket annat i köket också.
Man kan tänka sig att fylla med aromsmör, skrapa av jäms med och klicka på köttet, då får man ett snyggt halvklot som ligger stadigt på plats.

Ok, men de borde vara bra till tryfflar, alternativet kladdar ju ännu mer!
Min morsa skulle vara modern en gång när jag var liten och köpte fingerfärg som jag skulle leka med, men jag vägrade kladda ner mig. :-)
Men jag kanske skall testa med spritspåse nästa gång till tryfflarna, kanske spritsa i knäckformar.
Fast helst vill jag ha tag på pralinformar i silikongummi, ser ut som istärningsformar men mjukare, då kan jag göra ett hårt skal av choklad som jag fyller med en ganska mjuk ganache och kanske något med mycket smak i botten, en droppe rom eller maltwhisky, eller kanske en pyttebit färsk ingefära? Kanske till och med knaderad ingefära ifall man tar en tillräckligt liten bit så att det bara blir en riktigt liten smakbomb.
Då har jag alltså tänkt hälla i smält choklad, hälla ur den igen och snabbkyla i frysen ett par minuter innan jag lägger i fyllningen, kyler igen och sedan häller på lite smält choklad och skrapar av så att det blir en tunn botten på pralinen.
Det borde gå att få bra ifall man inte värmer chokladen till högre temp än den lägsta tempen man värmer till vid tempereringen.

Och ett recept från mig. Mozzarellafyllda, baconlindade kycklingfileer, (tillagade i ugnen). I ugnsformen la jag även broccoli och lök. Till det sås med grädde och chilismak, och en sallad. Hur man gör är jag övertygad om att du snabbt räknar ut. Rasande gott som Airam brukar säga.

Anna - alltså, Jansson är Jansson och kan inte ersättas med annat. Har sett att man gör Jansson på blomkål, lycka till säger jag bara. För min del kan den istället undvikas - jag vet ju hur gott det är. Eller, så "kan" jag ta ett mycket litet smakprov som grädde på moset, men troligen inte när det finns så himla mycket annat som är precis lika gott och dessutom LCHF. Summa: jag har ingen ersättning och är inte nyfiken att prova heller ;-)
Ja, det ligger ju nåt i det du säger! Tycker inte heller att Janssons med blomkål, rättika eller något annat låter speciellt lockande. Men jag kan bli så där galet sugen på det salta! Annars gillar jag inte sillinläggningar, absolut inte sötsliskig löksill och sånt. Möjligen matjes.
Så i allra värsta fall är det väl strikt måttlighet som gäller.
Anna - jag kom på en sak. Varför inte blanda lite strimlad lök och ansjovis och låta det fräsa i en panna med smör. Slå sen på grädde och puttra det hela simmigt. Alt göra det i en lite form med bara en bottenskyla av ingredienserna (annars blir det vått). Om man nu vill ha janssonsmak alltså ;-)

Nu har jag spritsat köttbullar på 2,2 kg köttfärs, med grädde samt ägg, lök och kryddor, utan ströbröd eller potatis. Det blev hur gott som helst och dom var superlätta att spritsa ut och hur fort gick de sen inte. Som en dans. Det blev många köttbullar men jag gav mig inte på att räkna dom i år, det räcker med att det blev många.
