Gravad strömming i fet smakrik sås
Ett gott och bra alternativ om man vill undvika den söta inlagda sillen. Eller bara för att det är så gott. Det tar några dagar att sammanställa och färsk strömming bör frysas ett par dygn först. Smaksättningen kan varieras i oändlighet. Här syns:
Senapsgravad
Wasabi & Kaprisgravad
Vitlöksgravad
Ingredienser lag :
1 kg rensad strömming
5 dl vatten
1 dl ättikssprit
1 msk salt
Rör samman lagen. Dra skinnet från strömmingen och låt grava i kyl över natten.
Ingredienser sås:
lika delar majonäs och creme fraiche - tex 4 msk av varje till 300gram.
salt och vitpeppar
Ex på smaksättning
1msk grov senap + 1tsk dijon + 1 tsk söt senap + dill + senapsfrön
4cm wasabi + 2-3 msk kapris + 1-2 msk hackad rödlök
1 msk krossad vitlök eller 2-3 färskpressade klyftor + 2 cm finstrimlad purjo
Låt strömmingen dra i såsen 1-2 dygn.

himmelska höjder uppnås på detta enkla sätt:
två skivor haloumi per person
två skivor brie per person
stryk lite olja över haloumin och salta och peppra,
smält en rejäl klick smör och slå på en god olivolja
stek i riktigt het stekpanna tills osten fått en gyllenbrun yta. Brien måste vändas ett par ggr så att den inte flyter ut för mycket.
lägg upp på tallrik tillsammans med ruccola, slå upp ett glas gott rött vin och njuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut!!!!
