Grytstekt bog med blomkål & parmesanrosor och kryddigt smör
Javisst go´vänner som har gissat på blomkål. Det är det.
Vet inte varför det tog så lång stund innan detta uppslag kom till mig, men bättre sent än aldrig. Jag har en viss förkärlek för att mosa i mig god sås. Potatis brukar ju passa bra för ändamålet. Nu finns det alternativ.
Ingredienser till rosorna: Blomkål, smör, äggula och riven ost - salt & peppar.
Det fiffiga den här gången är att jag ångkokade kålen i micron. Den bröts i buketter och fick ligga trångt i form med endast lite botteskyla vatten. Formen täcktes med plastfilm och det hela kokades i 30min. På så vis får man en maximalt torr (men ändå inte) blomkål som är lätt att forma till mos.
Vispa den mjuka blomkålen med ägg, riven ost och en rejäl smörklick med elvispen.
Klicka eller spritsa ut rosor. Grädda i 225grader till lämpligt utseende.
Köttskivorna är grovt skurna av en större bit picnicbog. Skivorna bryntes i hett smör var för sig och fick sedan sjuda med lite lök till mört tillstånd.
Hinner tyvärr inte publicera fler bilder idag och några dagar framöver, men hoppas på detta vis att jag stillat en å annan nyfiken tanke.

Det verkar ju så enkelt nu igen. Ett litet dilemma är ju bara att "picnicbog" är en okänd styckningsdel i den här delen av världen. Är det en bit från bogpartiet, den som har ordentligt med fläskränder? Ser så ut, men... Kanske går det lika bra med den grisnacke som min slaktare förser mig med? Missförstå mig rätt...

Hur gör du `rosorna`, alltså så att dom får de dära fina bruna kammarna? Kör du med en `brännare` eller liknande, eller fixar ugnen det?
