Grilltillbehör - Isbergsslaw & varma vitlöksoliver
Nu är det ju dags. För alla män att laga mat.
Och för oss kvinnor att skapa tillbehör ;-)
Ingredienser: Något köttigt, isbergssallad, paprika, gurka, gräslök, majonäs, CF, senap, grovkrossad peppar.
Svarta oliver, vitlök, oregano, smör eller olja och vitvinsvinäger.
Jag smörstekte - för att inte säga; skrämde upp några tjocka revben i hett smör. Under tiden skars sallad, gurka, gräslök och en liten bit paprika som sen fick trivas i en blandning av majonäs, CF och senap. Det hela kryddades med nykrossad peppar. Det blir ingen sallad att spara eftersom isberg ganska snabbt skulle slaka sig, men varför spara på något så gott och hälsosamt.
Varma Kalamataoliver är mycket gott. De fick steka efter i spjällsmöret. Andra gånger steker jag dem bara i en skvätt olja tillsammans med tunnt skivad vitlök. Färsk oregano är det bästa kryddvalet här - men den här gången använde jag det näst bästa: torkad.
Slå på en skvätt vinäger som får koka in. Arrangera grillkvällen eller måltiden i all sin enkelhet.

Eftersom du så snällt delar med dig av dina recept ska du här få något gott: "Broccolirulle": 250 g rå eller fryst/tinad finhackad broccoli breds ut på smort bakplåtspapper. Ett paket finklippt bacon och 100-150 g riven ost strös över. In i ugnen 225 grader och 15 min. Rulla sedan ihop mha pappret som en rulltårta, över på ett fat , strö över litet riven ost och gratinera i 250 grader tills fin färg. Mumsigt!(Tror det kan funka även med rå blomkål...) Hälsningar

Varma oliver blev som jag trodde en riktig hit! Den ömma modern avväpnade gossebarnet i ett tidigt skede. Jag var ju också beväpnad eftersom fler än 7 oliver slunkit ner på kort tid. Jag känner till mina svårigheter att dämpa impulser vid beskjutning. Jag nedrustade oss båda. Men riktigt mätta och nöjda människor startar inte krig. Isbergssallad införskaffad. Kan bli en slawning i morgon.
Inte förrän nu har det blivit av att testa receptet på oliverna, men nu är det gjort, och det var inte sista gången! Så ljuvligt gott! Eftersom maken (naturligtvis) stod vid grillen rörde jag ihop olja med peppar och lite olika kryddor, hällde i oliverna och vitlöken, förpassade det hela i folie och slängde ut det på grillen, tänkte att det måtte väl funka lika bra som att steka, och det gjorde det!
