Saftiga tjocka revben med coleslaw
Som sagt: antingen måste maten vara av snabbvarianten eller typen självlagande dessa dagar. Dagens rätt blev på sätt vis både ock. Billiga färska revben anrättades i stekpåse. Under lång stektid och svagare värme förvisso, men de skötte sig helt själva. Imorgon ska resterande serveras med sås och då får man nog kalla anrättningen snabbmat.
Blanda ihop lite gott i en skål. Tex olja, soya, pressad vitlök, riven ingefära ( eller pulver), peppar, salt, chilipulver och rosmarin. Pensla köttet ordentligt och putta in med bensidan upp i stekpåsen. Stek i 175 graders ugn, 1 timma per kilo.
Strimla vitkål fint. Klicka över majonäs, turkyoughurt eller CF, osötad senap, vitlökspulver, salt & peppar. Jobba ihop det hela så kålfibrerna mjuknar.

Jag var alldeles för mångordig i föregånde kommentar, så jag fick inte plats med........... MITT TIPS Jag strimlar vitkålen med kniv (osthyvel är bra, men det blir så mycket spill för mig). Sen lägger jag vitkålen i ett durkslag med MYCKET salt. Låt stå MINST en halvtimme, gärna längre. Krama ur så mycket vatten det går, jag använder händerna. Skölj ordentligt med kallt vatten och låt rinna av. På så sätt blir den perfekt "slakad" i mitt tycke.

Det var jag oxå när min LCHF-frälsning fastnade. Stekpåsar ger verkligen drömlika resultat på maten. Det är så konstigt att det alltid var tvunget att ta minsta möjliga tid att laga mat, en lång period i mitt liv. Ju längre tid och ju mer omsorgsfullt man lagar mat, desto bättre blir ju resultat - alltid. Med stekpåse slipper man ju dessutom både att passa och att slita ihjäl sig med disk efteråt. Tack för vitkålstipset! Jag har med det här sättet att leva plötsligt tappat intresset för salt. Och det är vi många som gjort. Maten smakar så mycket mer nu och det känns olustigt med alla tillsatser. Som Du sett anv jag gärna kryddor och gärna vitlök - då behövs inte så mycket salt. Förr om åren har jag nog varit saltoman. Vill bara försvara den stora mängden med salt, som jag "slakar" kålen med. Jag spolar så länge och så rikligt, att jag inte känner någon salt smak alls. Kanske mina smaklökar inte är helt OK. Idag har jag förberett KÅLGOTT, som vi ska äta till middag. Jag saltade kålen ytterligare efter det att jag kramat och sköljt den. Naturligtvis förstår jag, att man kan svetta kålen direkt utan kramning, men jag inbillar mig att det går snabbare att få den lite mjuk. Nu befinnerjag mig i ett lyckorus. Vågen visade 4 hg minus sedan igår. Hur är det möjligt? Kålgott får betyg imorgon. Har så klart smakat av redan, men det blir spännande att höra gubbens kommentarer.

Jag förstår att Du "saltar ur", men bara tanken är totalfrämmande för mig.... jag har ju inte ens så mycket salt hemma ;-) Ät mat Gia, och ät Dig mätt. Men inget däremellan. Noll alltså.
