I måndags så var jag på konferens i Bollnäs, åkte med en arbetskompis jag inte hade sett på ett tag. Han har precis som jag högt blodtryck o medicinerar precis som jag, skillnaden är att han nu fått diabetes. Jag berättade om LCHF o att han bara måste pröva för att slippa mer tabletter. Jag mailade över några bloggadreser, bl a Annikas, Chakulas o naturligtvis din eftersom du har sådana fantastiska recept. Kollade i fredags vad han tyckte o han sa "Gud, vicken mat ni äter o nu kan jag göra detsamma, tack!". Han har nu "värvat" 4 pers till på sitt kontor, härligt eller hur??!!! Artiklar, argument osv kan kanske gå fram, men när man ser dina recept då är man såld!
