Har man bara bra råvaror är matlagning egentligen ingen större konst.
Min bästa råvara idag, kommer sig egentligen ur skräp. Räkskalen från häromdagen blev nämligen den ljuvligaste fond. Kanske tack vara eländigt stugsittarväder. Trots att jag verkligen älskar att göra saker och ting på riktigt tror jag mig inte om att ha tid med grunderna. Nonsens såklart. Räskal kokar sig själva om jag bara rattar in spisen på lämplig temp.
Nåväl, idag har här ätits en Räksoppa som fick katterna att gråta krokodiltårar. Och det vill inte säga lite det.
Självklart kan man hoppa över såväl vitt vin som räkost på tub.
Jag gillar brytningen av vinet och skvätten var försumbar. Osten ger en simmig konsitens som jag gillar. Som vanligt anger jag inga exakta mått, men kan naturligtvis erbjudas vid förfrågan. Jag höftar alltid själv, men har en syster som slaviskt följer recept med alla sorters skopor och mått.

Nån gång tidigare har jag skrivit om "Gulaschsoppa". Nåt jag upprepade ggr försökte när en yngling bodde hemma. Men då med potatistärningar som fick koka med och göra soppan mer matig. Och den serverade med tjocka skivor bondbröd till. När han insåg vad som serverades var reaktionen densamma varje gång: VA?? Får vi ingen mat!? Det är kanske så det är. Vi är inte så vana att käka soppa. Fast det är så enkelt, gott och mättande. Billigt också förresten. TACK båda för Era fina omdömen - det värmer mycket! Må väl!
