Vad gott det låter! Men socker- och glutamatfri falukorv...var hittar man sådan? Funkar Scan Deli, månntro??



Kör på med en annan fråga också när jag ändå är igång, fast att den inte alls har med korv att göra: Det där naturliga sötningsmedlet Stevia, som man träffar på flera gånger i din och Annikas kokbok - var sjutton får man tag på DET?!? Hälsokostaffär? Internetbutik?? I vanliga affären är det ju ingen som ens vet vad det är... :-P Hoppas du kan hjälpa mig att skingra lite frågetecken...

Andyboy - jag minns inte korvens tillverkare just nu, men det var inte Scan. Den som söker skall finna ;-)

Stevia är inte riktigt min grej. Men jag har fått lite grann från en som skaffat det från Internetbutik. Det finns både som flytande och i pulver. Det är oerhört sött och därför ganska svårdoserat. Så tycker jag att bismaken av vaddetnuär, slår igenom för hårt. TACK - kör hårt själv !

Angående falukorv så brukar vi köpa Scan deli (4 gr kolisar, utan glutamat och socker, dock potatismjöl (fast det finns nog knappt falukorv utan potmjöl) )

sen bor vi i luleå och har även nyhlens hugossons korv norrlandsfalu att tillgå, samma som ovan, fast 5 g kolisar.

Jag bor i Skåne och det blev Ugglarps falukorv som hamnade i gårdagens kundkorg (tänkte laga receptet imorgon). Kolhydrathalt: 4%. Det värdet har jag för övrigt också sett på ytterligare ett par sorter, dock inget lägre än så - hittills.



Antar att falukorv kanske inte är optimal LCHF-kost, men det är ju otroligt gott emellanåt. :-) Och inskränker man sig till ett par hekto korv (inga tillbehör medräknade i denna vikt) på en måltid, så hoppas och tror jag att det kan vara okej.



Angående Stevia, så hade det om inte annat varit kul att prova på. Tips på försäljningsställe (eller seriös nätbutik) mottages tacksamt!

Jag är fast i dina recept. Om jag bara kunde slopa alla mina vanliga tillbehör(potatis, potatismos,potatisgratäng.....). Falukorven blev super. Gillar också din blomkålratäng och blomkålspure men måste tyvärr ha potatis ibland. Jag vet att jag är en svag karaktär.
