Vill publicera vandringsreceptet som är helt outstanding. Särskilt till eventuellt nyfrälsta. Missa inte den här anrättningen. Och missa inte att göra en gryta av den nångång. Det blir så himla gott.
Rec är beräknat för 8 fläskkotletter, men kan annars med fördel lagas av både
fläskfilé, kycklingfile eller lämpligt nötkött.
2 dl creme fraiche
3 dl grädde
2 tsk sambal oelek
½ dl soya
(3-4 pressade/hackade vitlöksklyftor om man gillar det)
8 fläskkotletter eller 6 kycklingfiléer eller motsvarande.
Ställ in ugnen på max 175 grader. Lägg det råa köttet i en ugnsfast form. Vispa ihop alla ingredienser och slå blandningen över köttet. Stek i 1-1½ timma beroende på vilket kött och hur mycket som används.
Eller laga av grytbitar och låt småputtra på spisen lika länge.
Låter vekligen gott!
Jag undrar ifall man inte skulle kunna göra något liknande på de allra billigaste delarna av en ko?
Gnid in en nötbog eller liknande med salt och peppar, ev. kan man binda upp den för att få lite bättre form på den. Låt den ligga över natten i 75° i en mindre gratängform eller liknande med höga kanter så att man kan ta vara på vätskan som kommer ut, skiva upp och använd enligt ovan men reducera även skyn tillsammans med lite rödvin och använd i såsen.
Jag har varit bortrest i närmare en vecka så jag sitter här och snålvattnet rinner.
Jag blev bjuden på något liknande i helgen. Det var whiskeykyckling. Det receptet var rätt så likt denna. Fast det var svamp 5 msk whiskey o grädde och soya och endast 1 tsk sambal oelek och ost på.De hade använt grillad kyckling. Det var jätte got Jag testade och gjorde här hemma med fläskfile och det var gott de med..
Längtar redan tills det blir dags att prova denna rätt.

Då många invänder att vårt sätt att äta blir väldigt dyrt, speciellt om man dessutom skall försöka hålla sig till ekologiska råvaror, är det ju bra ifall man kan lära folk hur lätt det faktiskt är att laga till underbar mat av de billigaste delarna av en gräsuppfödd ko i stället för filén av en industriko.
Långkok tar ju inte mycket aktiv tid att tillaga, det sköter sig själv under huvuddelen av tiden, det som krävs är att man väljer sig vid att planera lite längre i förväg.
ojojoj! det här va de godaste vi ätit på länge!! använde mig av fläskkarré och det blev enormt gott!! åt tjocka stekta lökringar till! rekommenderar detta varmt - det är inte sista gången jag lagat detta - världens enklaste maträtt!!

Åh va härligt det ser ut och vad jag förstår så smakar det fantastiskt oxå. Det har "vandrat" runt på jobbet, men endast via mun. Nu har jag en bild och ett recept och fläsk i frysen så då är det bara att testa :o)

mums Missade soyan och vitlöken, men det bidde jättegott ändå :-) CF'en skar sig lite såg det ut som (grynade till sig i ugnen) men blev desto lättare att få upp på gaffeln :-)

Gjorde detta på fläskkarré igår. Det blev jättegott och mört! Kokta broccolibuketter var väldigt gott till och man kan mosa dem i såsen. :-)
Jag her gjort efter ett liknande recept från arla.se, men det tycks inte finnas kvar. Men där var det iaf inte någon creme fraiche med i receptet. Men det här kan nog vara lika bra, bara man inte överdriver med sambal oelek när man har barn, eller en sambo som inte tycker om kryddstark mat. :-)
