Opanerad Fläskschnitzel med stekt Halloumi och beasmör
Jag brukar aldrig provsmaka i butik när det demonstreras nya prylar. Det kan ha att göra med att jag inte velat bli sedd. Och ffa inte som glupsk... Nu för tiden bangar jag inte. Man har väl växt upp!
Igår demonstrerades olika ostar i min butik. Och jag åt av alla sorter och dumpade bara fikonmarmeladen, kexen och päronbitarna. Damen tog sin uppgift på fullaste allvar. Och stod på sig att jag "i alla fall" skulle smaka Halloumiost. Hon lovade till och med att den skulle gillas av mig. Och hon hade rätt. Oj, vad god den är. Stekt. En annan gång åkte en Halloumiost i sopen här. Det var som att äta frigolit. Damen igår höll med och påstod att den måste stekas eller grillas.
Somliga vid mitt matbord åt dubbelpanerad schnitzel. Min stektes in blanco i en blandning av ister & smör. Och till detta åt jag lite grönt och bearnaisesmör (som finns på recept här)
Skiva Halloumiosten i halvcentimetersskivor och stek i smör på svag värme. Den ska steka så all vätska kokar torrt och sen vändas för samma procedur. Inget salt och inga kryddor.
Osten håller 24gr fett av hundra + hyggligt mycket protein men pytte kolhydrater. Ett trevlig och mycket gott tillbehör som kommer upprepas till köttanrättningar vid mina bopålar.

Jag spelar in Racheal Ray som går på 3:an varje dag, sen kollar jag på helgen när jag har tid. Hon har snabba enkla recept som ger inspiration. Mycket pasta, eftersom hon har italienskt påbrå, men också mycket annat gott bl a många goda ostar. Pastan kan man hoppa över. Det var hon som stekte Halloumi och det såg jättegott ut, precis som din bild :o)
En HEL VECKA utan ett enda gram minus. Vad gör jag för fel? På två månder snart har jag inte ätit en enda potatis, ingen pasta, inget ris. Frukost 2 ägg med stor klick smör. Bara rent kött, fisk, kyckling stekt i smör med vispgrädde till lunch och middag. Senaste veckan inte en endra frukt eller grönsak förutom en liten hög med vitkål. Aldrig en sockergnutta. Är inte ett dugg sötsugen.
PS. Jag MÅR alldeles utmärkt och längtar inte efter nån annan mat. Jag är matte till en stor hund, så det blir promenader varje dag. Dessutom tar jag en tur nästan dagligen på en motionscykel. Nog kunde väl vågen vara lite snällare och visa nåt litet ynka gram?? Min övervikt är ca 15 - 18 kilo. DS
Gia - Och hur går det med måttbandet? Hur många centeimeter är det kortare där. Min erfarenhet är att om vågen står still märks det på omkrets både högt och lågt. Eller äter du för lite? Hur mycket vispgrädde går det åt på en dag? Somliga är känsligare på mejerivaror än andra. Ta´re lungt. 18kg övervikt fixade du inte heller i ett nafs ;-)
Du har rätt Airam. Måttbandet är mycket mer sympatiskt. Vispgrädde max 7-8 dl per vecka och då hjälper Husse till duktigt. Igår åt jag: 2 ägg med smör, ca 1 dl fil med 2 msk linfrö. Till lunch ca 100 gr kycklingbitar micrade med lite ost och 1½ dl vitkålsmos med em smörklick. Middag 150 gr laxfilé med 1½ dl kall dragonsås på CH+TY. Blev sugen på kvällen och fick då ca 1 dl TY med kanel.

gia - för mig funkar det inte med vare sig fil eller TY när jag är sugen. Inte heller ostbitar i mängd. Det verkar som om jag mår allra bäst och tappar vikt lättare om jag undviker dessa mejerikolhydrater. Och kanske framförallt när jag äter mig mätt på mat, dvs protein + animaliskt fett och håller mig till jag blir hungrig nästa gång. Det tog ganska lång tid tills jag hittade min egen form.
